2. Platform Description
Scollab is an influencer marketing platform that connects content creators with brands for collaborations. The platform facilitates campaign creation, creator discovery, deliverable management, and communication.
3. User Responsibilities
For Brands:
- Provide accurate business information during registration
- Honor collaboration commitments with creators
- Review and respond to deliverables in a timely manner
- Comply with applicable advertising and marketing regulations
For Creators:
- Maintain authentic social media profiles and engagement
- Deliver agreed-upon content within specified timelines
- Attend confirmed events and collaborations
- Disclose sponsored content as required by law
4. Intellectual Property
Content created during collaborations remains the intellectual property of the respective creator unless otherwise agreed. Brands receive usage rights as specified in the campaign terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Misrepresenting identity, credentials, or engagement metrics
- Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Circumventing the platform for direct transactions
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scollab acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the quality of collaborations, content produced, or disputes between brands and creators.
